Role Description

• How life insurance products actually work.
• How to have a genuine conversation about financial protection.
• How to close a policy once a family has made their decision.

From there, a mentor supports you through your first live calls, and access to more than 60 carrier partnerships means you're matching clients to real fit rather than pushing a single product regardless of relevance.

What You Can Expect to Earn:

• 100% commission, uncapped, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale.
• Part-time: $50,000+ in year one.
• Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Pay is distributed daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives available on top for agents hitting certain thresholds.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or willing to become licensed.
