Role Description

Manages standard channel partner portfolios to execute joint business plans and achieve assigned revenue targets.

• Evaluates partner sales forecasts and pipeline data to anticipate market demand and resolve potential supply disruptions.
• Trains indirect sales agents on updated product features and competitive positioning to drive consistent market messaging.
• Coordinates co-branded marketing initiatives and regional promotional events to generate sustainable lead volume for partner networks.
• Analyzes commercial contracts and pricing structures to recommend adjustments that incentivize partner performance and market expansion.
• Resolves operational escalations from distribution partners regarding order fulfillment and standard service inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B account management, proposal development, renewals, deal negotiation, or a related field required.
• Certification in customer success, account management, client relationship management or equivalent preferred.
