[Hiring] Field Sales Representative @Lamb Weston EMEA

Role Description

The Field Sales Representative is accountable for the promotion and sales of the full range of Lamb Weston products. You will be responsible for all local food services establishments in south east area mainly in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. In this role you report directly to the France SP Manager and National Account Manager south east. This is a remote role, you will be based in Lyon or Greater Lyon area.

• Develop sales plans, establish call and visit/journey plans and strategies, develop end-users profiles for the relevant market/area;
• Produce periodical sales reports and accurate records on end-users visits, including the sales performance KPIs;
• Identify and realize new business opportunities across the portfolio of accounts and as to agreed new business targets;
• Plan and execute sales promotions and permanent listings, working together with the marketing team;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through optimal availability, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders and following up on accounts;
• Coach, motivate, train and lead our customers in their knowledge of our products and their features and benefits to allow them to sell our products to a highly successful standard;
• Train kitchen staff in correct storage, handling and frying procedures for our products;
• Contribute to the professional organization and representation of Lamb Weston EMEA at general or customer exhibitions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor or Master degree with one or two years of experience in sales, preferably in food, drink, FMCG or Wholesale company or a high school diploma with strong experience in sales and food;
• Preferably living in Lyon Area;
• Fluency in French and advanced in English.
