Role Description
Kiva Confections relies on the Field Sales Representative (FSR) to manage and grow relationships with accounts in assigned geographic market. The FSR will be the primary point of contact for these accounts and will be responsible for:

Achieving revenue targets

Developing and executing collaborative programs with Kiva's retail partners

Building relationships

Identifying and closing new business opportunities within their assigned territory
This position reports to the Senior Sales Manager and plays a critical role in Kiva Confections' sales and distribution strategy.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of sales experience with increasing responsibility

2+ years of Cannabis industry experience preferred

Must be 21+ years of age

Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus

Must be able to meet Kivaβs Motor Vehicle Report requirements

Deep-rooted understanding of the relevant market and surrounding area

Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
Benefits

Salary: $53,000 - $65,000 a year plus quarterly bonus

Work Environment

Frequent travel to retailers, client sites, trade shows, or industry events

Work may be performed in varying environments, including offices, retail settings, and outdoor locations

Physical Requirements

Primarily operates in a remote/home office environment using standard office equipment

Expected to maintain a professional workspace free from excessive noise or distractions

Regular virtual collaboration with team members across multiple time zones

Occasional travel to company offices, client sites, or team meetings may be necessary

Must be able to load, unload, and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
