As an Account Executive/Field Sales Manager for the Mid Market, you'll grow new market share for our cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to unparalleled partnership and unwavering relationships with our clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Plan and Report to Achieve Success: Develop an annual business plan, compile "Account Plan" documents for prospective clients, and maintain a current prospective business report.
• Market & Conduct Market Research: Develop prospective client sources, utilize sales automation tools, and broaden knowledge of company products versus competitive products.
• Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of sales experience.
• A college degree is great but not required; skills to do the job are more important.
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help build team and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.
