Role Description

Help families prepare for tomorrow while creating a career you can grow into. AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and seeking Family Protection Advisors in Phoenix. You will work directly with clients who are interested in learning more about insurance options for life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.

• Speak with prospective clients and schedule appointments
• Conduct needs-based reviews in a virtual setting
• Explain coverage options in an easy-to-understand manner
• Help clients make informed insurance decisions
• Follow up to provide consistent support
• Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to learn new systems
• Comfort working independently and with a team

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
