Optaris is seeking motivated and experienced Licensed Life and Health Agents to join our dynamic virtual sales team. As a Full Cycle Sales Agent at Optaris, you will own the entire client journey, from initial outreach and needs assessment to closing deals and securing new business. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who thrive on autonomy and are adept at managing their pipeline from start to finish. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex insurance decisions, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth through your expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video conferencing to identify insurance needs and generate interest.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospects by actively listening, understanding their unique situations, and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal presentation and contract closing.
• Educate clients on various life and health insurance products, explaining policy details, benefits, and coverage options clearly and concisely.
• Navigate and utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings to maintain a leading edge.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Must have reliable home internet access.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively across phone, video, and written mediums.
• Proven talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong pipeline management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical sales practices.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Experienced agents can expect to earn between $6,000 and $10,000 monthly, directly reflecting their sales performance and success in closing deals.
