As a Full Cycle Insurance Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial engagement to policy finalization. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a virtual environment, managing your pipeline independently and building lasting relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients through various virtual channels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and financial goals.
• Present and explain insurance products and solutions tailored to individual needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Our top performers consistently earn between $6,000 and $10,000 USD per month, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Must have reliable home internet access.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across multiple platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
