Role Description

Our client is hiring an Executive Sales Assistant to elevate their sales engine through powerful outreach, strategic prospecting, and beautifully crafted client-facing materials. As retreat demand increases, they need someone who blends operational precision with creative execution. You’ll generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, design polished sales presentations and proposals in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and ensure every quote sent to a client reflects the premium nature of their retreats.

This is more than a support role — it’s a growth-driving role. You’ll directly impact revenue, client experience, and brand perception. At some point, the person in this role will be invited to immerse themselves in one of the retreats to understand the transformation firsthand.

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking (Strongly Preferred) – Ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
• Strong design skills — advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
• Portfolio or sample works required (presentations + promotional materials)
• Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
• Experience managing social media platforms for business growth
• Strong written English — persuasive, clear, professional
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
