Role Description
The Executive Advisor, Growth is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth across Ovation’s lines of business. This leader will independently drive sales and organic growth towards achieving ambitious revenue targets, foster strong client relationships, and ensure the seamless integration of sales processes with financial objectives. The role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a solid understanding of healthcare leadership, operations, revenue cycle, information technology, supply chain, and more—including excellent personal leadership skills and a proven track record of success.
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities with hospitals and health systems, focusing on new logos and market expansion.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining accountability for revenue targets and growth metrics.

Lead consultative sales engagements, including initial outreach, discovery, solution alignment, and deal advancement.

Partner with internal sales, marketing, and line-of-business leaders to position Ovation’s services effectively in the market.

Drive contract development and negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and early-stage client executives, providing insights on operational performance, financial sustainability, and strategic direction.

Support the transition from business development to client engagement to ensure continuity and long-term success.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, advisory, and executive leadership to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Support enterprise growth initiatives and strategic priorities, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting hospitals and health systems.

Leverage market insights to inform growth strategy, client conversations, and solution development.

Represent Ovation Healthcare in external forums, industry events, and executive-level discussions to enhance brand presence and credibility.
Qualifications

Master’s degree (MHA, MBA or related) preferred.

10+ years of healthcare leadership experience, hospital operations, consulting, or business development.

Proven track record of success in business development, client acquisition, or revenue generation within healthcare.

Experience engaging with hospital C-suite executives and boards.
