Role Description

• You're helping people who already care figure out what fits their family and budget.

What the Role Actually Involves

• Work a mix of inbound leads and warm outbound leads.
• Understand the family's situation and walk through relevant coverage options across 60+ carrier partners.
• Answer questions honestly and help them make a decision.
• Track your activity daily and stay consistent with production goals.
• Some conversations close same-day; others may require follow-up calls.

Training That Actually Prepares You

• No insurance experience needed to start.
• Onboarding covers fundamentals of life insurance products and client conversations.
• Learn to handle common objections honestly.
• Ongoing access to coaching and team support as you build your book.

Compensation

• This is a commission-only role with an uncapped structure.
• New reps typically bring home $800 to $1,200 per policy sold.
• Full-time agents can earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Pay is distributed daily and weekly based on commission clearance.
• Additional performance-based bonuses for agents hitting production milestones.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable — willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly.
