• You're helping people who already care figure out what fits their family and budget.

What the Role Actually Involves

• Work a mix of inbound leads and warm outbound leads.
• Understand the family's situation and walk through relevant coverage options across our 60+ carrier partners.
• Answer questions honestly and help them make a decision.
• Track your activity daily and stay consistent with production goals.

Training That Actually Prepares You

• No insurance experience needed to start.
• Onboarding covers fundamentals of life insurance products and client conversations.
• Access to ongoing coaching and team support as you build your book.

Compensation

• Commission-only role with an uncapped structure.
• New reps typically bring home $800 to $1,200 per policy sold.
• Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one.
• Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Pay is distributed daily and weekly depending on how commissions clear.
• Additional performance-based bonuses for agents who hit certain production milestones.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable — willing to follow a proven script and training system.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly.
