Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Account Representative to provide education and support to clients reviewing insurance options. You will connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual needs-based appointments, and help individuals and families better understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. • Engage clients through company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and lead virtual appointments
• Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
• Explain available insurance products and services
• Help clients make informed coverage decisions
• Build and maintain relationships through responsive communication
• Follow up with clients as needed
• Participate in training, mentoring, and team meetings

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
