Role Description
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, youโll establish influential relationships with key partners and senior-level contacts, demonstrating the value of Amex GBTโs suite of business travel software and services. This is an individual contributor role.

Actively and aggressively prospect; conduct deep discovery with key decision makers to understand their needs.

Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Amex GBT's core products, solutions, and customization capabilities, their value, and differentiation compared to the market.

Showcase our competitive advantages and value proposition by delivering compelling, data-driven presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFIs/RFPs to executive level audiences.

Grow Amex GBT's portfolio and revenue through contract negotiation and closing net new business.

Ensure a smooth and coordinated client experience by onboarding new customers in partnership with the implementation team.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and transaction targets while always acting with integrity.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive new sales.

Maintain accurate records, document value, and respond to prospectsโ questions.
Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of B2B consultative selling experience in the travel and/or technology (SaaS) world.

Proven sales achievements, and consistently exceeds targets.

Tech-savvy, and able to effectively use industry standard tools (CRM, pipeline management, proposal management, and sales enablement tools).

Strong prospecting and prioritization skills.

Driven and dedicated to exceeding goals.

Able to quickly adapt to different situations.

Sophisticated analytical and financial skills.

Tenacious networker who loves establishing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with all seniority levels.

Able to travel 25-50% of the time, and work remotely.
