Role Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to identify and engage prospects, driving continued sales growth. You will interact daily with world-class Data and Go To Market Leaders. The ideal candidate excels at time management, quickly learns new technologies, and maintains a strong focus on achieving goals. Experience in data or data science is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Become an expert in Exploriumโs solutions, serving as the initial point of contact for many sales prospects.

Identify new organizations and stakeholders that align with Exploriumโs buyer and customer personas.

Consistently and professionally follow up with leads through cold outreach (email, phone, and LinkedIn).

Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and build the sales pipeline.

Meet or exceed assigned sales goals while fostering cooperation, sharing best practices, providing support, and motivating team members.

Stay informed about industry trends and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.

Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to aid in the development and improvement of marketing materials.
Qualifications

6+ months of client-facing sales or business development experience in a B2B environment with a record of success.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead executive-level discussions.

Proven track record of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up messaging.

Consistent history of exceeding sales targets.

Strong commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities essential for success in a performance-driven culture.

Must be a self-starter, comfortable with limited supervision, and adaptable to a multi-cultural startup environment.
Requirements

Prior outbound and inbound SDR/BDR experience.

Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company.

Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn, Outreach, Claude, Perplexity, and OpenAI (or similar tools).
