As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Nordic region, you’re a driven and strategic partner who thrives on unlocking the full potential of established partnerships. You will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their evolving needs and crafting value-driven plans to further propel their success.

By fostering a collaborative environment across all go-to-market functions, you will identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive challenges, driving successful, long-term growth and customer satisfaction. This role is fully remote in Sweden.

What you’ll achieve

  • Masterfully navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize existing solutions and identify exciting new use cases.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders see the value of your vision and Asana.
  • Drive revenue and grow businesses by leveraging your negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Partner seamlessly with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users.
  • Deepen the usage of the whole work graph, resulting in delivering unmatched value with scalability and consistency.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience selling directly into the Enterprise segment and 8+ years of experience closing business, with a mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
  • Proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment, particularly within the Enterprise SaaS space.
  • Expertise in cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders with a bias toward action.
  • Experience leading multi-threaded sales processes with thoughtful planning and internal coordination.
  • Native or professional fluency in Swedish or another Nordic language, with a deep understanding of working within the Nordic markets.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
