[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @Semarchy

Role Description

We're hiring an Account Executive for our AMER Enterprise team. You'll own a full-cycle book of business, from qualifying inbound and self-sourced pipeline through discovery, solution development, demo, negotiation, and close. Our deals are consultative and multi-stakeholder: you're rarely selling to one person, and the technical conversation is usually a proxy for a business one underneath it.

Ownership doesn't end at signature. You'll build the account plan, hand off cleanly to Professional Services and Customer Success, and come back in to lead the commercial conversation when it's time to expand, renew, or move an existing customer onto our newly upgraded platform.

Qualifications

• A track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder software deals, ideally in data, analytics, or platform categories.
• Comfort running a structured sales process while staying present and conversational.
• Directness balanced with warmth.
• Genuine curiosity about the prospect's business.
• Coachability.
• A collaborative style, especially with your SC.
• Ownership.
• Judgment about where your time goes.

Requirements

• Experience selling into Snowflake or Databricks ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MDM, data governance, or data quality.
• Experience competing against vendors like Informatica or Reltio.
