Role Description
We are looking for an accomplished, quota-carrying sales professional to share their skills to expand our customer base in the assigned territory. Sales process ownership:

Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to signed deal (our BDR team handles initial lead qualification).

Communicate the value of Bluestone PIM to C-level executives and other senior enterprise decision-makers.

Conduct discovery to uncover the needs of large enterprise companies.

Develop a strategic territory plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and revenue objectives.

Timely and accurate updating of HubSpot, forecasts, and a rolling 4x pipeline to ensure precise reporting and confident quarterly forecasting.

Partner collaboration:

Work closely with our Partner Team and System Integrator (SI) partners directly to identify joint opportunities and co-create winning solutions.

Build strong, lasting relationships with SI partners and ensure tight alignment between their services and our platform.

Product expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of Bluestone PIM's capabilities within a composable commerce architecture.

Clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions solve real enterprise challenges.

Industry knowledge:

Stay ahead of trends in composable commerce and the broader MACH ecosystem, using those insights to position Bluestone PIM as a trusted partner and thought leader.
Qualifications

5+ years in Product Information Management or commerce-adjacent direct application sales

Excel in both personal drive and collaborative teamwork

Have excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) skills

Good understanding of sales performance metrics and driven with a sense of urgency to deliver

Can develop and grasp convoluted business processes/business models and embody a challenger approach

Have experience with Hubspot, Google Suite, and a sales methodology e.g. MEDDICC
-
Proficiency in English and preferably fluency in German or Spanish
