[Hiring] Enterprise Account Executive @Brevo

Role Description

We're looking for an Account Executive Enterprise to join our growing team, based in the Benelux region. As Brevo expands its enterprise footprint across Benelux, this role is fully remote. You'll be our first AE on the ground in the region, with the freedom and responsibility to build the market from scratch. The Enterprise Account Executive team plays a critical role in Brevo's next stage of growth, leading the charge in acquiring and expanding relationships with high-value, mid-market and enterprise customers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Your Impact at Brevo:

• Develop pipeline and close strategic enterprise deals across the Benelux markets
• Navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple stakeholders and build strong executive relationships
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to craft the right solution for each customer
• Develop and execute territory plans and prioritize long-term growth and relationship-building across these markets
• Consistently hit or exceed your quota, with full ownership of your pipeline and forecasting in our CRM
• Act as a voice of the customer, bringing back insights that shape our product and GTM strategy

Qualifications

• Based in the Benelux region
• 2+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, 8+ years of SaaS sales, with a strong track record of hitting targets and closing complex, multi-threaded deals
• Experience selling to senior decision-makers across departments like Marketing, IT, and Procurement
• Deep knowledge of the Benelux business landscape, with an existing network in the region being a strong plus
• Ability to build a healthy pipeline of prospective business that is sustainable over a long period of time
• Fluency in modern sales tools, including sales-oriented AI best practices
• Structured, resilient, and motivated by ownership and impact
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required
