Role Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and expansion within large, strategic accounts. Youโll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with senior leaders in IT, DevOps, and Security to show how AutoRABIT helps their teams innovate faster and stay secure.

Exceed your number by landing new enterprise customers and growing existing accounts

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from outreach to close

Lead strategic conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers

Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and stay aligned with your team

Use Salesforce and other tools to stay organized and data driven

Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Marketing

Share best practices and insights to help the team win together
Qualifications

You have 5 or more years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of closing complex deals

You use a strong forecasting methodology such as MEDDICC to qualify and build pipeline

You create your own pipeline and open new logos from scratch

You maintain excellent Salesforce hygiene and attention to detail

You take ownership of your pipeline and drive results proactively

You build champions and go the extra mile to deliver real value

You think creatively, solve problems, and embrace new approaches

You have a consistent track record of exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role

You must be living in and be eligible to work in the United States

A bachelorโs degree is required
Requirements

Experience selling to Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries

Experience working in or selling within the Salesforce ecosystem

Background selling enterprise software or security solutions

MBA or advanced degree

Salary range for this role: $140,000-$150,000 per year plus commission

This position is fully remote with 25% travel
