Play a crucial role in our expansion of the EMEA Market

Own the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, conducting demos, to contract negotiation & close of sale

Create and manage a healthy pipeline of Fortune 1000+ clients to expand Harver's reach in North America/EMEA

Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to generate additional opportunities for growth

Take the lead on conducting demos and collaborate closely with the solution consulting team

Work in a dynamic fast-paced remote work environment with positive and mission-driven energy of the Harver Culture!
Qualifications
-
Experience selling a SaaS solution to the large, global, Fortune 1000 market
-
Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales with at least 5-10 years of experience
-
HR Tech experience is a plus but not required
-
A desire to be regarded as the expert by your clients and internal team

An entrepreneurial approach to your business and the initiative to sell into enterprise logos
-
The curiosity for software, tech, and innovation
-
A consultative value seller
-
MEDDPICC experience required
-
Force Management is preferred
-
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
-
A realistic and reflective outlook on sales and your organization

A strong understanding of our enterprise solutions so you can properly advocate for the value of the Harver platform

A growing interest in and understanding of client workforce initiatives and challenges

A bias toward collaboration with Harver experts and resources to ensure our product offering is customized to the client's needs
