[Hiring] Enterprise Account Director @Internova Travel Group

1wk ago - Internova Travel Group is hiring a remote Enterprise Account Director. 💸 Salary: unspecified 📍Location: UK

Role Description

Strategic Growth. High-Stakes Partnerships. Enterprise Impact. ALTOUR’s Enterprise customers are some of the most complex, demanding, and commercially significant organizations in the world. Managing these relationships requires more than traditional account management—it calls for strategic foresight, cross-functional coordination, commercial creativity, and a relentless focus on customer value. As an Enterprise Account Director, you will serve as the primary strategic owner for a designated Enterprise client, leading senior-level engagement that spans geographies, functions, and service lines. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, a performance driver within ALTOUR, and a connector across our global delivery ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own the executive-level, strategic relationship for a designated Enterprise client, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
  • Serve as the client’s primary advocate within ALTOUR—coordinating across operations, program optimization, sourcing, finance, technology, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan and strategic roadmap aligned to the client’s global business and travel program objectives.
  • Identify and drive growth, optimization, and value opportunities within the client partnership in collaboration with sales and partner leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional and in-country partner agencies to ensure seamless global delivery and a consistent traveler and stakeholder experience.
  • Lead complex global program expansion initiatives for the client, including onboarding new regions and countries with strong adoption of global standards.
  • Drive consistent global program design and execution across online and offline servicing models through close cross-functional partnership.
  • Own alignment of global operational processes, ensuring regional delivery models integrate seamlessly into the client’s global framework.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to navigate regulatory, cultural, content, servicing, and supplier nuances while maintaining global consistency.
  • Ensure global data integrity for the client by understanding how booking channels, traveler behavior, supplier content, and servicing workflows impact reporting and analytics.
  • Anticipate and mitigate global content disruption impacting the client (e.g., NDC, GDS fragmentation, supplier-direct strategies).
  • Act as a strategic advisor on market evolution, emerging technology, and innovation relevant to the client’s global travel program.
  • Lead executive-level discussions on program performance, cost containment, sustainability, traveler experience, and innovation.
  • Ensure client-specific contractual SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments are met and continuously improved.
  • Manage executive reporting, QBRs/MBRs, forecasting, and performance insights for the client.
  • Contribute to the evolution of ALTOUR’s Enterprise account management frameworks and serve as a mentor and thought partner.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing a large, multi-million-dollar Enterprise client in a global or complex regional environment.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale global program expansion for a single enterprise client across multiple countries.
  • Ability to drive global program consistency while accommodating local market requirements and operating models.
  • Extensive understanding of local market nuances on a global scale, including supplier landscapes, regulations, and cultural considerations.
  • Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, technology, sourcing, and global servicing models.
  • Strong understanding of how global touchpoints—online tools, offline servicing, partner agencies, and suppliers—impact client-level data quality.
  • Experience navigating global content disruption with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong commercial acumen across contract structures, profitability, and long-term value creation.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, partner-led, performance-driven environment.
  • High EQ, diplomacy, and the ability to translate complexity into clear direction and execution.
  • Openness to market evolution, innovation, and emerging technology.

Benefits

  • Healthcare, dental care, life insurance with employee assistance and counseling programs.
  • Perkbox.
  • Eligible for a discretionary incentive program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
