Role Description

We are seeking a motivated professional to join a premier Food & Beverage client as a Sales Support Agent. This is a unique opportunity for those seeking jobs in Greece to leverage their native Dutch skills while managing customer inquiries and sales support for a premium frozen food home delivery service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from customers regarding frozen food product availability, ingredients, and nutritional information.
• Provide high-quality sales support by assisting clients with order placement and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Food & Beverage product catalog to offer personalized recommendations.
• Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction in the home delivery sector.
• Process feedback and suggestions from Dutch-speaking clients to support the continuous improvement of the service.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and sales teams to streamline the supply chain for our frozen food offerings.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Previous experience in Sales Support or Customer Service within the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for premium food delivery services.
