Role Description
We are looking for a talented District Sales Manager to join our aftermarket team in Minneapolis, MN. The Area of Responsibility (AOR) is Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas.
High-visibility position that will be responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining heavy duty aftermarket sales into the traditional aftermarket automotive parts sector. This role is instrumental for the overall success of the aftermarket sales team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the aftermarket automotive parts sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Experience in developing pricing strategies and negotiating contracts.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales or account management.

Strong understanding of the aftermarket automotive parts industry.

Willingness to travel within the designated AOR.
