Role Description

As Softchoice’s District Sales Leader, your job is to create opportunity in a rapidly changing industry, taking back control of the sales conversation and delivering customer experiences that build true loyalty. With an ambitious growth target in Softchoice’s sights, you play an instrumental role in building the team, capacity and differentiated services to get us there.

Qualifications

• Track record of having significant impact on customers and a history of increasing responsibilities.
• An insatiable curiosity and drive to learn about your customers, your industry and your team.
• Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal, enabling you to teach the customer, tailor insights and take control of the sale.
• An independent spirit and an entrepreneurial drive.
• 5+ years in sales people management within the B2B technology industry.
• Strong Enterprise and Mid-Market experience, selling a breadth of services and solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Requirements

• A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Toronto is $123,000 to $154,000, annually + 45% as target incentives.
• Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
• The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
