Role Description
As we expand our global distribution network, our current processes and tools need modernization. Currently, much of our distributor operations rely on spreadsheets and email, which creates administrative overhead, data inconsistencies, and delays that impact our ability to serve the channel effectively. This role addresses these challenges. The Distribution Operations Manager will identify inefficiencies in time, cost, and accuracy across our global distributor relationships, develop business cases for improvement, and implement solutions that modernize our operations. As we connect our systems directly with distribution partners, this position will lead business transformation, ensuring proper data flow and building an operational foundation that supports growth in both the 2-tier resell and carrier channels. This role will impact Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and strengthen our distributor partnerships worldwide.
