Role Description
Join Cytiva as a Discovery Consumable Sales Specialist and be the driving force behind our Discovery Consumables business in Denmark, Norway, and Iceland. Success in this role means actively promoting our innovative consumables and solutions to end-users such as lab managers, bench scientists, group leaders, and procurement specialists.

Support customers working in QC, R&D, and routine laboratories within protein purification and analysis, sample filtration and concentration, and water microbiology workflows.

Manage product lines across these areas with direct customers and drive sales through our distributor network.

Work remotely from Denmark; fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required.

Role covers Norway, Finland, and the Baltics in 2026 and will be aligned in 2027 with the AM territories (Denmark, Norway, and Iceland).
What you will do:

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by mastering product portfolio knowledge and building strong customer relationships.

Track key funding opportunities within major accounts and lead sales negotiations.

Generate end-user demand for both direct and indirect customers in the field.

Advocate for solution selling by integrating consumables into the customer workflow.

Foster long-term relationships with key internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Product Managers).

Collaborate closely with Zone Leaders and Channel Managers to identify distributor needs.

Monitor distributor network performance within the territory and develop action plans to maximize revenue.

Utilize CRM system (Salesforce.com) actively for transparency and effective funnel management.
Qualifications

University degree and minimum of two years of commercial sales experience in the Life Sciences industry.

Ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions.

2+ years of consultative sales experience.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite products and CRM systems such as Salesforce and QlikSense.

Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required.
Requirements

Ability to travel within the geographic region up to three days per week, including overnight stays.

Valid work permit.

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
