Role Description
Join Cytiva as a Consumable Sales Specialist and be the driving force behind our Discovery Consumables business in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
Success in this role means actively promoting our innovative products and solutions to end-users such as lab managers, bench scientists, group leaders, and procurement specialists. You'll manage product lines including:

Protein purification and characterization

Laboratory filtration
-
Nucleic acid purification and amplification
As part of the Discovery Commercial team, you'll work remotely from either Sweden or Denmark.
What you will do:

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction by mastering product portfolio knowledge and building strong customer relationships.

Track key funding opportunities within major accounts.

Lead sales negotiations and finalize deals, engaging with all key buying influencers such as direct users and decision-makers.

Generate end-user demand for both direct and indirect customers in the field, driving and partnering with our distributors to promote Cytiva consumables.

Advocate for solution selling by integrating consumables into the customer workflow and identifying leads for related instruments.

Foster long-term relationships with key internal stakeholders (Account Managers, Sales Specialists, Product Managers) within your region to enhance sales of the entire Cytiva portfolio.

Collaborate closely with Zone Leaders and Channel Managers to identify distributor needs, act as a customer advocate internally, and align business strategies accordingly.

Monitor distributor network performance within the territory, develop and implement action plans to maximize revenue and margin impact.

Attend regular distributor reviews, deliver product and business presentations, and provide training as needed.

Utilize CRM system (Salesforce.com) actively to ensure transparency and effective funnel management.
Qualifications

University degree and minimum of two years of commercial sales experience in the Life Sciences industry.

Ability to analyze customer data and develop financially sound sales solutions, with 2+ years of consultative sales experience.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite products, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and QlikSense.

Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
Requirements

Ability to travel within the geographic region up to three days per week, including overnight stays.

Valid work permit.

Must have a valid driverβs license with an acceptable driving record.
