Role Description
This is a fully remote role that can sit anywhere in Oklahoma or Kansas. The selected candidate will cover a region corresponding to their location which may include portions of both states.
Responsible for managing a targeted group of regional agents/national brokers and/or assigned large accounts. Key responsibilities include:

Training agents on Zenith as a market including our underwriting appetite, capabilities, advantages, products, and services.

Working with assigned agents/brokers to develop a flow of qualified business.

Leading the sales process collaboratively with management, underwriters, and other departments.

Serving as the lead salesperson for targeted key account prospects and select key account renewals.

Understanding risk financing alternatives such as retros, large deductibles, captives, and self-insurance.

Supporting the company's pricing and selection disciplines.

Actively seeking opportunities for profitable growth and a better customer experience.

Monitoring the competition.

Building and broadening relationships between Zenith and our agents and policyholders.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of training/experience required.

Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience required.
-
10+ years of Insurance industry experience with progressively increasing responsibility.

Experience in the workers compensation product line and knowledge of underwriting and risk financing alternatives required.

Preference given to leadership experience.
