Role Description
This position is needed to lead our growing Strategic Accounts team aligned to the Regulated Verticals Healthcare sector. This person will lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of Strategic Account Executives (6-8 individual contributors) focused on revenue growth and cross selling Twilio’s new products to existing named accounts across North America.
In this role, you’ll:

Engage with application owners, software engineering leaders, product managers, entrepreneurs, and line of business owners.

Support your team by helping them build and progress pipeline, work across functions to execute complex deals, and lead strategic prospect and customer meetings.

Conduct weekly 1:1's with each team member, providing tactical and strategic deal guidance, motivation, and career development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for your team and provide reliable weekly forecast information to upper management.
Qualifications

8+ years of technical solutions selling experience, with 4+ years experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the Enterprise segment.

A leader who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of success.

Comfortable with selling a platform or SaaS; experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking, and other communication solutions is preferred.

Experience building high performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning and revenue tracking for all major accounts in the region.

Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.

Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.

Excellent time management/prioritization skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Share best practices and knowledge with the extended team to produce optimal results for the region.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Requirements

Location: This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.

Travel: Approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
