Role Description
As Director of Sales - US, you will lead Osmosβ expansion across the United States, driving enterprise revenue growth with leading retailers, marketplaces, and retail media networks. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role requiring a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of the US retail media ecosystem, and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
You will play a critical role in building Osmosβ footprint in North America and shaping our go-to-market strategy in one of our most strategic markets.
Location: United States (remote, with travel as required to meet clients)

Strategic Growth β Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence within the retail media sector.

Qualifications

4β7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, retail media, or digital advertising, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.

A hunter mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to independently drive client acquisition and growth.

Exposure to retail media or enterprise SaaS sales, with strong industry knowledge/connections.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
