Role Description
As the Director, Real Estate โ United States, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of real estate initiatives for Arcโteryx retail stores across the United States. You will partner with key stakeholders to:

Identify future store site opportunities

Lead negotiations to secure the best retail sites

Manage a portfolio of existing store locations

Deliver to timelines and budgets

Analyze new lease commitments to confirm accuracy and competitiveness
This role is based in the US, and you will have deep subject matter expertise in the US commercial real estate market and be eligible to work in the United States.
Qualifications

10+ yearsโ experience leading retail real estate projects for cross-functional teams

10+ yearsโ experience managing commercial leasing

Requirements

Developing and executing a market-driven real estate strategy aligned with brand vision and commercial objectives

Leading the strategic planning and execution of portfolio growth across the US

Serving as a primary liaison to senior stakeholders within the landlord and brokerage community

Partnering cross-functionally with Retail, Finance, Brand, Legal, and Construction teams

Leveraging a deep understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and location strategy

Acting as a strategic, people-first leader
