The Private Label Sales Leader is a key commercial driver within Garmon Supplements' private label business unit. This individual is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales function that delivers customized supplement solutions to retail, e-commerce, and wholesale partners. The Private Label Sales Leader will own the full sales cycle:

Prospect identification

Pipeline management

Contract negotiation

Account onboarding

Revenue retention

Qualifications
-
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food & beverage, or consumer health industry

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a private label, contract manufacturing, or OEM sales environment

Strong knowledge of the supplement manufacturing process, including formulation, labeling, regulatory (FDA/GMP), and packaging

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

High level proficiency in the following areas:

Financial acumen and trade fund management

Highly proficient in forecasting and a proven track record of customer business planning strategy, process, and thought leadership

Ability to travel (includes overnight travel)

Existing network of private label buyers, retail category managers, or brand owners in the Pet and/or Pet Supplement space

Experience working with contract manufacturers or in a vertically integrated supplement company

Ability to travel as required using various modes of transportation, including air and ground travel; must possess or be able to obtain appropriate travel identification
