Role Description
Payzli is building out its partner channel and we are looking for an experienced Director of Partner Sales to lead that effort. This is a senior, high-ownership role responsible for recruiting and growing Payzli's partner network across three segments: 1099 agents and ISOs, bank partnerships, and ISVs.
In addition to driving channel growth directly, you will build and manage a team of Partner Sales employees β setting strategy, establishing process, and holding the team accountable to results. This role reports to senior leadership and has a direct impact on Payzli's revenue trajectory.

This is a W-2 position offering a competitive base salary plus a revenue override incentive tied to the performance of your recruited partner portfolio. The more your partners produce, the more you earn. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
