Role Description
The Director of Global Wholesale Sales is responsible for executing the companyβs wholesale strategy across key retail partners, with a strong focus on sell-through performance, account management, and retail execution. This role will drive day-to-day performance across Sephora (US & Canada), Ulta, and international wholesale partners, ensuring strong alignment between sales, inventory, marketing, and in-store execution. This position is fully focused on wholesale channels and does not include DTC, Amazon, or other direct-to-consumer channels.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow key wholesale accounts (Sephora, Ulta, international partners), driving both sell-in and sell-through performance.

Execute account-level strategies to improve retail productivity, placement, and visibility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and retail partners to secure support for launches, promotions, and in-store visibility.

Monitor weekly and monthly performance, identifying risks and opportunities and driving corrective actions quickly.

Partner with internal teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution across launches and key commercial moments.

Maintain side-by-side calendar planning that tracks weekly, monthly and annual sales with marketing and commercialization initiatives, and synchronize with bottoms-up forecasting.

Support bottoms-up forecasting and inventory planning in collaboration with Operations and Finance.

Monitor stock levels by store, including new product launches, management of stock & sales plans and negotiate/secure timely OTB. Ensure timely order delivery to each store and online.

Champion healthy account P&Ls and drive improvements in door productivity and online performance with accountability to monthly sales targets.

Oversee and manage visual merchandising updates and budget in conjunction with marketing for on-time execution.

Coordinate retail events, animations and promotional activity to support sell-through.

Provide regular reporting on account performance, key metrics, and business drivers.

Support international distributor relationships and expansion as needed.
Qualifications

6β10 years of experience in wholesale sales within skincare, cosmetics, or prestige beauty.

Proven experience managing Sephora and/or Ulta accounts (required).

Strong understanding of retail fundamentals: sell-through, WOS, inventory flow, assortment strategy, and promotional planning.

Strong relationship management skills with retail buyers and merchant teams.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
