BWT Logistics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development – Contract Sales to drive growth within our Contract Warehousing division. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated “hunter” who excels at identifying, pursuing, and securing new warehousing contracts while building strong partnerships that support long‑term success. • Identify, develop, and close new Contract Warehousing business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers across targeted industries.
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored warehousing solutions.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence and leverage digital prospecting strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Track pipeline activities, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in Contract Warehousing or related logistics fields.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proven hunter mentality with ability to source and close deals independently.
• Strong presentation skills and professional digital presence.

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Six Sigma Certification
• Lean Logistics Certification
• Distribution and Logistics Management Certificate
• Global Logistics Associate (GLA)
• Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)

• Compensation: Base plus commission
