Role Description

UKG'S New Logo Sales team is looking for a Director of Sales to join our US-based team. This is the ideal opportunity for a leader who wants to lead, coach, manage and grow our team of Strategic Development Managers, providing structure and accountability while assisting in sales strategy development. We are looking for someone who will lead by example, earn trust, empower and grow, as well as inspire and motivate their sales team family all through open and collaborative communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HCM domain
• Previous experience in leadership role in a sales-focused environment

Requirements

• Travel Requirements: 30-40%

Benefits

• The base salary for this position is $125,000 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan.
• The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
• The base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location.
