[Hiring] Digital Sales Representative @Majesco

Role Description

Majesco is seeking a Digital Sales Representative (DSR) for Demand Generation in the Retirement & Pension sector. This role is designed to build pipeline and provide broad exposure to the revenue engine of enterprise software companies.

• Collaborate with the Retirement & Pension sales organization to identify high-potential accounts and engage the right buyers.
• Research complex enterprise accounts and map buying groups.
• Personalize outreach and convert inbound demand into qualified opportunities.
• Work across various teams including Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and more.
• Focus on creating high-quality, seller-accepted opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 plus years of experience in sales development, digital sales, inside sales, demand generation, business development, or a related B2B revenue role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, InsurTech, retirement technology, or financial services technology preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in account research, outbound prospecting, lead conversion, and multi-channel outreach.
• Experience using Salesforce and sales-engagement or marketing-automation platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted sales tools is a plus.

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $65,000 - $80,000.
