Role Description
As a Digital Sales Representative, your job will be taking care of the customer - โbe the heroโ as we say here at Ferguson Home Digital. You will be held accountable for your call/chat quality and performance metrics within service. We expect each and every sales representative to be present, invested, and committed to the overall customer experience.

Handle inbound call/chat volume, with expectations of taking between 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per 8-hour workday.

Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month.

Meet 85% schedule adherence to assigned schedule as referenced in Genesys phone system.

Maintain excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above & beyond to address all needs.

Maintain customer records by logging and retaining correct and precise information in Salesforce.com.

Proactively identify and report website, process, product page, or postโcall issues or bugs encountered during your daily workflow.

Work with a team of 15-20 other sales associates.

Success will be measured through call quality, and profit dollars generated monthly.

Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests.

All BSTโs must be completed to be eligible for promotions.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1โ2 years of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience, or at least 3 months in a Ferguson Home Digital Customer Service job profile.

Be highly detail oriented and have superior interpersonal skills.

Proven experience using critical thinking tools to solve customer issues.

Self-motivated, great teammate, and fast learner.

Systematic and adaptable approach.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites.

Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat.

Strong organizational skills.

Reliable and consistent internet connection.
Requirements

This is a fullโtime role requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled over 5 days.

Evening and weekend shifts are common and should be expected.

We use a quarterly Schedule Bid to align business needs with employee shift preferences.
