[Hiring] Digital Pathology Sales Specialist @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Digital Pathology team located in the U.S. and will be working remotely to cover North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience)
• Proven time management skills
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Requirements

• Ability to travel – 50-75%, mostly in territory
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15 lbs.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, stand, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; balance, stoop, bend, talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• This position will require travel by car and flying in and out of airports with possible long wait times.
