Role Description
Agilent is seeking a highly driven professional with a strong knowledge in Digital Pathology to accelerate the adoption of our Digital Pathology solutions. In this strategic role, you will lead sales activities and engage customers across clinical and research environments, articulating Agilent’s unique value proposition within the rapidly expanding Digital Pathology market.

Drive Agilent's Digital Pathology growth from prospecting through to close by co-coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with pathologists, laboratory directors, clinical leaders, healthcare administrators, and IT managers.

Partner with strategic collaborators to broaden market penetration and quickly scale adoption.

Actively map, track, and develop opportunities within competitor-installed bases, identifying replacement, upgrade, or expansion opportunities.

Develop a deep understanding of competitor offerings, positioning, and installed footprint within the territory.

Work cross-functionally with field sales, product management, field marketing, and implementation teams to strengthen the full sales cycle.

Ensure structured and high-quality handover to implementation and service teams.

Assess customer laboratory workflows in detail and align solutions to operational, IT, and diagnostic requirements.

Collaborate closely with service and implementation teams to leverage insights from existing installations.

Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent CRM (Salesforce) management.

Remain engaged post-sales to support early adoption, customer satisfaction, and identification of expansion opportunities.

Represent Agilent at industry conferences, customer events, and professional forums to promote Digital Pathology solutions.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences field; an advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is preferred.

Minimum of three years of healthcare SaaS and/or pathology imaging hardware sales experience.

Demonstrated success in digital or software driven sales environments.

Strong awareness of IT infrastructure, integrations (LIS, HIS), cybersecurity, and data management considerations.

Experience with H&E, IHC, microscopy, pathology imaging systems, and/or AI-enabled workflow applications.

Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce.com or other digital sales tools.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, compelling technical presentations.

Native fluency in Spanish and fluency in English are a must.
