Role Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Debt Collections Agents to join a high-performance remote team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ collections or outbound call Centre experience
• Proven track record of meeting targets
• Current collections or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working remotely and attending virtual training

Requirements

• Candidates must ensure they are comfortable with the salary structure before applying.
• After the initial 3-month salary protection period, the role moves to a CPP commission-only structure with no guaranteed basic salary thereafter.
• All candidates will be subject to credit & criminal checks as well as matric verification. These checks are non-negotiable.
