[Hiring] D&M Medical Sales Specialist @Danaher Corporation

Role Description

The D&M Medical Sales Specialist is responsible for Medical OEM and Hospital business for the assigned territory. This position reports to the Sales Leader and is part of Pall Medical located in Vietnam and will be a remote role. This position is being offered through Pall, a Danaher group company providing services in Vietnam to beneficiary Cytiva.

• New business: Concentrate on business development activities by focusing on medical device manufacturers and drug manufacturers. Identify potential OEM and hospitals to ensure a rich funnel of potential new businesses.
• Key Account Management: Maintain current Key Accounts within assigned territory and continuously introduce new products to expand business share within key accounts.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term tactical sales plans and account plans for assigned territory.
• Align with global strategy to commercialize Pall Medical differentiated product and/or strategic products in assigned markets as market opportunities present.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing, new investment within the region, and potential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years solid Sales experience ideally from within the Medical Device Manufacturing field and should have handled Hospital consumable sales.
• Preferred with knowledge of Medical Device regulation.
• Good understanding of the processes within medical device and Hospital Industry and its business trends.
• Experience of working with Distributors/Resellers in the Medical market.
• Hands-on experience in Membrane related to liquid/gas filtration would be beneficial.
• Languages: English and Vietnamese compulsory and any additional languages are welcome.

Requirements

• Ability to travel – overnight, within territory or locations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
