Role Description

Avado is expanding. We are looking for high-energy, ambitious individuals to join our well-established sales team as Course Advisors. This role serves as a fast-track entry point into our high-performance sales organisation, specifically designed for those with strong sales flair and competence who are ready to move into a high-volume, consultative role selling a best-in-market product.

You will be joining a team with an average tenure of 8 years—a testament to our culture and success. Selling for the UK’s leading brand in professional qualifications, you will enrol on a structured and robust training programme designed to get you billing and achieving commission within your first two months. With a constant feed of warm leads from our marketing team, this is an exceptional opportunity for growth-minded individuals to thrive in a market-leading environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a consistent flow of warm leads via inbound/outbound calls and emails, turning interest into enrolments.
• Identify career goals to recommend the most suitable CIPD Level 3, 5, or 7 qualification.
• Take full ownership of your sales funnel, ensuring every lead is nurtured with pace and precision.
• Maintain 100% accuracy within our CRM systems.
• Rapidly build knowledge of CIPD standards and Avado’s learning model to handle objections and provide expert guidance.
• Work toward monthly enrolment targets to unlock a very generous commission and accelerator scheme.

Qualifications

• Natural communicator who is comfortable "asking for the sale" and is hungry to exceed targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to benefit from our commission structures.
• Possess the intelligence and drive to complete a rigorous training programme and adopt our market-leading processes.
• Understand that elite sales results are built on diligent admin, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
• Thrive in a performance-focused environment and enjoy the rhythm of a high-volume, consultative sales desk.
