Role Description

A rapidly growing automotive manufacturer is seeking an ambitious and driven Corporate Sales Manager to join its expanding Fleet team. Covering the Southern Region, you will be responsible for developing and growing corporate business opportunities across your territory while supporting fleet sales objectives. This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout your region and occasional visits to head office.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will focus on identifying, developing, and converting corporate customers, ensuring the brand is positioned effectively within company car and salary sacrifice policies to maximise visibility and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales volume, profitability, and activity targets.
• Identify and convert new corporate business opportunities.
• Build strategic relationships with corporate customers, fleet managers, and key decision-makers.
• Promote company vehicles within customer fleet and salary sacrifice policies.
• Deliver professional presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including directors and senior leadership teams.
• Work closely with leasing, marketing, dealer, and account management teams to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage the sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability through pricing and account development.
• Represent customer feedback internally and support business improvement initiatives.
• Support fleet events, customer engagement activities, and regional business development programmes.
• Help drive corporate and SME sales growth through the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Corporate Sales Manager, Fleet Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Automotive Account Manager role.
• Strong B2B sales experience within the automotive sector.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to lead generation, follow-up, and CRM management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of company car schemes, fleet policies, or salary sacrifice programmes would be advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
