[Hiring] Conversion Agent @RMG Talent

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for experienced Conversion Agents who speak Hindi or Urdu to join our remote team.

• Must be fluent in Hindi or Urdu plus English (managers manage in English; English is not for phone speaking)
• Previous experience as a Conversion Agent is required
• Ability to work remotely
• Must have own PC/laptop and professional headset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, target-oriented, able to work independently
• Regulated company — must have previous experience working for a Forex company

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 9-hour shift including 1-hour lunch break

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi or Urdu plus English; English required for phone communication.
• Previous experience as a Conversion Agent or in Forex/financial services.
• Strong communication, customer service, and persuasion skills.
• Motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely with own PC/laptop and professional headset.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Requirements

• Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift including a 1-hour lunch break.
• Must be able to work for a regulated Forex company.
