Benefits
-
Note that Eli is proud to have a “no negotiation” compensation policy. We believe it is on us to do our homework, and work to understand your expectations as part of the interview process, and ensure we are offering a competitive salary for every position.
-
A growing body of evidence suggests that allowing for negotiation exacerbates pay disparities and simply rewards good negotiators. There’s also evidence that women and people of color are less likely to negotiate.
-
We want everybody on our team to feel well-compensated and on track to meet their financial goals, so if you get an offer from us, you can be assured it’s the best offer we can make.
