Role Description
As a Community Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our company and be the contact for our residential clients. Our success hinges on strong partnerships with property staff, as they are the linchpin connecting us to our customers and their experience. Effective communication, writing and time management skills are necessary. Some travel will be required to your designated territory.

Relationship Building:
You are the face of Gigstreem to our partner properties. Youโll build strong relationships with property managers, leasing agents, etc., and provide education and support to ensure a seamless Internet experience.

Property Success:
Proactively implement strategies to drive property and resident satisfaction and monitor the property experience to quickly resolve any concerns that may arise.

Account Growth:
Support revenue growth by working with our Business Development team to identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and introducing new services.

Reporting and Analysis:
Deliver reports to your clients based on internal tickets, analytics and customer satisfaction reports.

Property Visits:
Make in-person visits to meet and train on-site staff and host resident events on a regular basis, driving resident adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills: Must be able to manage multiple clients simultaneously and coordinate with internal teammates to provide satisfactory results.

Reporting and Analysis: Deliver regular reports on account performance, analyzing key metrics and customer feedback. Report internally and externally on ongoing client topics.

Presenting and running meetings: Lead client meetings to discuss property reviews. You will be presenting insightful reports and addressing critical escalations as the representative of Gigstreem. It is imperative to remain professional and personable while always championing for the property.

Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our internet products and internal systems. Deliver training sessions to Property Management on Gigstreemโs products and external systems to improve proficiency and ensure effective utilization.
