Join Our Team as a Commission-Based B2B Sales Agent / Cold Caller (EU, USA, AU)! We are expanding our European sales team and looking for experienced B2B Cold Callers and Sales Agents who can confidently communicate with prospects, identify business needs, follow up with decision-makers, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospects provided by OP Media Agency
• Conduct outbound cold calls and sales conversations
• Speak with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
• Understand the prospect's business challenges and requirements
• Identify opportunities for software, web, app, or marketing services
• Qualify prospects and determine their project requirements
• Present relevant OP Media Agency services
• Handle objections and answer initial questions
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects
• Schedule meetings with our team when required
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Commission Structure

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. Sales agents can earn 20%–30% commission on successfully closed deals, depending on the service, project value, and agreed commission structure.

Example: $20,000 project → $4,000–$6,000 commission. There is no cap on your earning potential. The more deals you close, the more you earn.
