What Youβll Do

Support Commercial Sales Growth β Partner closely with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery, demos, and technical evaluations.

Learn Customer Environments β Join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure, security maturity, and business priorities.

Deliver Powerful Demos & Proof of Value β Show prospects how NodeZero helps identify real attack paths, validate security controls, and reduce risk.

Simplify Complex Security Concepts β Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders.

Grow as a Trusted Advisor β Develop the confidence to answer customer questions, guide conversations, and help move deals forward.

Qualifications

1β4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another customer-facing technical role.

Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.

High curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Based in Chicago or open to relocating there.
